1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on un777, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms govern your use of all gaming services offered by un777, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino games, online slots, bingo, and any other games or features made available through the Platform from time to time.

2.3 Self-Exclusion and Restricted Persons

You may not register or use an un777 account if you have previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform for responsible gaming reasons, or if you are listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration and Verification

If we detect that you have opened or are operating more than one account, all such accounts may be suspended or terminated, and any balances, winnings, and bonuses may be forfeited.

un777 is required by law and regulatory standards to verify the identity of all users. Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter as deemed necessary, we will require you to submit identity verification documents, which may include but are not limited to:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by un777 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any funds pending verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or for any other reason deemed necessary by our compliance team.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your un777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

You agree to notify un777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4.2 Account Activity Monitoring

un777 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for the purpose of preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and violations of these Terms. Suspicious activity may result in the temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your un777 account using any of the payment methods supported by the Platform, which may include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. un777 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative method approved by un777. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be delayed if the required documents have not been provided or approved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but generally range from 10 minutes to 72 hours. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 10–15 minutes for verified accounts.

un777 reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal request if we have reason to believe that the funds are derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful conduct. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

un777 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, and all other applicable Philippine laws concerning financial crimes. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, or for any transaction pattern deemed unusual by our compliance team.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, un777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which will be stated in the promotional terms for each Bonus.

Accounts found to be engaging in Bonus abuse will be permanently closed, and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 General Gaming Rules

You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by live dealers under video surveillance.

7.2 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or incorrect payout calculation, un777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake. 8. Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall un777's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱50,000 (Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos), whichever is lesser.

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The un777 Platform and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

10.1 Termination by un777

un777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct
• Providing false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Determination that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to un777 or other users

In the event of account termination for cause, un777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, pending bonuses, and accrued loyalty points.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
